Creator's Comments: Chloe is a doll that I put on hold for a very long time. I had her head for almost two years! I planned her when I noticed that Volks had changed the color and quality of the hair on their prerooted heads(not to mention the heads themselves). I wanted to do a doll with the old inky blue/green color that they had for their old "blue" hair, so I snapped up this white skinned head from Materials Japanese, and it sat and waited until I bought a body for it. I had originally intended to use Excellent H, but after I repainted Alice I didn't want her to have the exploding bustline, so Chloe got Excellent K. Her body is actually Lauren's white-skinned Shion's body--she still has the blue nail polish! It's hard to tell from the picture, but she has sausage curls.
Well, after a few months, I finally gave Chloe a New Excellent A body so her clothes will fit much better now! ^^;;;
